The new Hewlett-Packard Compaq 615 Laptop is an ideal travel companion that enables you to effortlessly carry your work when on the move. This slim and light weight design measures 37.2 cm in width, 25.4 cm in depth and .2 cm in height and weighs 2.5kgs. The built in devices of the laptop include stereo speakers, wireless LAN aerial and Bluetooth aerial.
This smart laptop which is powered by AMD Athlon X2 QL-64 processor of 2.1 GHz speed supports dual core technology and 64 bit computing. It is provided with AMD 780 M chipset and 1 MB cache memory. It consists of a 2GB DDR2 SDRAM that can be extended to a maximum of 4GB and a 320GB SATA hard disk drive with rotation speed of 5400 rpm. This versatile laptop is provided with an optical drive that supports DVD±RW (±R DL) and DVD-RAM formats and has a read speed of speed 24x (CD) / 8x (DVD), write speed of 24x (CD) / 8x (DVD±R) / 4x (DVD±R DL) and rewrite speed of 16x (CD) / 6x (DVD-RW) / 8x (DVD+RW) / 5x (DVD-RAM). In addition, it consists of a 2 mega pixels notebook camera, a user friendly keyboard and a touchpad for data input and a fax/modem with 56Kbps speed.
