Lenovo ThinkPad X60 UU25CUK has an Intel Core Duo L2400 1.66GHz (1.2V) Processor which can configure up to 1.83GHz Core Duo L2500 including Core Solo options. The operational system used is Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition and the hard drive used is 2.5" Hitachi 100GB 7200RPM SATA. A RAM of 1GB DDR2 SDRAM (667MHz), with maximum configuration of 4GB is used.
While the screen size is 12.1" its resolution is XGA 1024 x 768 pixels with pen and touch screen capability and SXGA+ resolution of 1400 x 1050 pixels. Intel Media Accelerator 950 integrated graphics supporting 128 MB is used in the device.
