W7 is equipped with Intel Core Duo U7500 processor with a clock speed of 1.06 GHz. The bus speed is 533 MHz. The processor features effective power saving option. It also has L2 cache with 2MB memory. The Processor sits on the Intel 965GM Express chipset

This Panasonic Notebook comes with DDR2 SDRAM slots and it comes with 1GB factory installed RAM and is expandable up to 2 GB of RAM. The RAM speed is 533 MHz and is compliant with PC2-4200. Toughbook W-7 comes with a factory installed 80 GB hard drive of type IDE.
