Toshiba Satellite A300D-15B uses the AMD Turion X2 Ultra mobile technology ZM-80 processor that has a speed of 2.1GHz. This model supports 64-bit computing. The L2 cache memory has a capacity of 2MB. DDR2 SDRAM comes with an installed size of 4 GB and the maximum supported is 8 GB. Hard drive capacity of the unit is 250 GB. Optical storage type of the system is DVD±RW.
